Yes! I do want to make the awesomest chard ever! the colors on that photo look so bright and vibrant.

Emmy, you and I share SAD in common, unfortunately. The first year I moved to Syracuse, I didn’t realize it and had the toughest winter ever. Now, I know to take precautions, and it’s more bearable. But I still hate winter for the most part. Bah.

How yummy! I just stuffed some collard greens today with a quinoa/cranberry/cashew stuffing.
