I just made thumbprint cookies using your recipe and they have come out perfectly and taste divine. I made two batches, one with apricot preserves and one with strawberry jam. The strawberry jam tasted better than the ones with apricot preserves, only because the strawberry jam was sweeter. Thanks for a great recipe.

This recipes is nice and simpe. I will definetly try to make these cookies.I used to east these in Greece in the mornign while i was having a greek coffee.

I did use some blackberry jam, and it was delicious. I also used ‘fruit of the forest’, strawberry, and orange marmalade. They were all good, but the blackberry and mixed fruit were the best, I think.
